It was 1983, the summer War Games came out. Jason Hacker asked his teacher if he could take the class computer home for the summer. As he lugged home what was then the size of a large TV, he couldn’t wait to figure out how to turn a single-sided floppy disk into a double-sided one using a hole puncher and some masking tape.
Twenty years later, Jason founded Tech Plumber to bring his deep knowledge, enthusiasm and common sense approach to technology support. Tech Plumber, now five years old with a hand-picked, small fleet of technicians, serves over 100 local businesses from law firms to physician offices to consulting groups. Tech Plumber also runs a premium residential service for discerning Washingtonians.
